"I found your dealership online through Cycle Trader. I emailed a question and not only was it answered promptly, Gregg Traynom made a followup phone call. While I was speaking with Gregg, I found my dream machine on line and asked him if it was still available. It was, so I visited Shoals on the following Tuesday. I was able to take the bike out on a test ride. It was everything I wanted. I had never ridden a Victory, much less a Vision. I had been looking at Goldwings and Ultra Classics. I needed a few days to think about it. I had not planned on buying a new bike, only a used one. But the price and warranty were very attractive on the new Vision. I called Gregg on Sunday, his day off and on vacation and told him that I wanted the bike and would be down Tuesday to pay for it and take it home. When I arrived the bike was in service having the goodies I had added installed. About two hours later, I was on the road home. Tommy Willis was very helpful with the paperwork and he took time to explain everything. Since Gregg was on vacation, Ed Haygood helped me and showed me everything about the bike and went through the new owner check list with me. Not only do you have the best prices that I have seen on Victory Motorcycles, but your sales staff is very friendly and knowledgable about the product. I am looking forward to a warmer day for the 80 mile ride, so I can schedule the installation of my stage 1 pipes and sixgun tips . I really love my new 2009 Victory Vision. "I met Robert Fretwell through the internet and made a trip by the dealership a few months ago to meet him in person. I've been to the store a couple of times and Robert showed me and my wife around. We decided that the next boat we bought would be from Robert.
I decided I wanted a larger boat and contacted Robert about a Triton 19XS. He had one in stock loaded the way I wanted it and in a great color for us. A few phone calls and emails later we hade a deal. We picked the boat up the day after Thanksgiving and are very satisfied.
Robert and all of the staff we talked to were absolutely great. Will definitely look to SOS for future purchases."

"I can't say enough about SOS and Mark Donovan. I purchased a 2008 250XCF and am thrilled with my decision. I heard about SOS from KTM Talk and through internet searches. Mark was extremely helpful as I made up my mind on which bike to purchase. He didn't apply any pressure and was a wealth of information.
As you all know KTM makes many good bikes for off road use and picking the one that will best suit your needs can be intimidating. Mark was very patient and answered all my questions and asked numerous questions of me to help in my decision. At the end of the day I got the best bike for me at a very attractive price.
After providing this service he then went out of his way to meet me for delivery. This helped reduce my travel time and the bike was delivered just as promised.
You won't go wrong if you decide to purchase your bike through SOS, and im my opinion Mark Donovan is the best. A true gentlemen and great asset to the company. I know this sounds like a commercial but they are truely that good."
